General conditions

You can book your tickets for your trip to Madrid to attend the GLOBAL ESPORTS SUMMIT, which will take place on April 1st, in the website www.renfe.com with a 30% discount over the regular fee in long distant and AVE services. Any trip between March 30th and April 3rd whose destiny is Madrid will be eligible for this discount.

Who are eligible for this discount?

Attendees who have already acquired their GES20 ticket (GENERAL PASS, VIP PASS or STUDENT PASS).

HOW TO GET THE DISCOUNT?

Once acquired the GES20 ticket, to make the 30% discount effective it is necessary to request it by sending an email with the subject “DESCUENTO RENFE” to info@globalesportssummit.com with the following:

• Complete name
• Inscription number/ GES ticket

Once the date have been checked, you will receive a PDF document: “autorización de descuento”, where it shows the procedure of how to buy the ticket with the discount. You must indicate your subscription number and the complete name.

This authorization must be shown PRINTED alongside the ticket to access the train.
